Returns Policy

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

Please follow the guidelines bellow to receive a full refund less any shipping charges, of any unopened product. All unopened products may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.

1. All LifeJourneyCBD.com products purchased via retail, will only be accepted for return if UNOPENED.

2. Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by emailing returns@lifejourneycbd.com

3. Ship items to the address provided by customer service when you are given your RMA.

4. Ship back product at your own expense. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time
